Standard shipping for in-stock items typically takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-4 weeks depending on your location.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Design Store ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Yes, we prioritize eco-friendly manufacturing. Our wood is FSC-certified, and we use recycled textiles and non-toxic finishes whenever possible to ensure a healthy home environment.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
